At Kamári, every piece is handmade to order with care and precision. Because of this, we take the time to ensure your furniture is crafted properly and delivered safely to your home.
We currently offer delivery to the following locations:
Victoria (Metro & Regional)
Metro Sydney & Wollongong
Metro Adelaide
Metro Brisbane & Gold Coast
Sunshine Coast
Canberra
Metro Perth
If you are located outside these areas, please contact us prior to ordering. We are continually expanding our delivery network and will do our best to assist where possible.
Each furniture piece is made to order, with a current lead time of approximately 4–5 months. For the most accurate delivery timeframe, please refer to the announcement bar, which is updated regularly. If you require a specific delivery window, please contact us prior to placing your order.
This timeframe allows us to craft your furniture with the level of detail, care, and quality that defines Kamári.
As your order nears completion, we’ll be in touch to arrange delivery.
During peak periods, including the Christmas season, lead times may extend slightly. If you’re working towards a specific date, we recommend placing your order early.
Mattress-only orders are generally aimed to be dispatched within 3-5 business days for interstate deliveries.
Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched are as follows:
• Melbourne Metro: Within 3 business days
• Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide & Canberra Metro: Within 14 business days
• All other areas: Within 21 business days
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be shown at checkout.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Items will not be left unattended unless prior written consent has been provided. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, additional delivery fees may apply.
All deliveries are to ground-floor level only.
If you require your bed to be carried inside, upstairs, or into a specific room, this must be arranged with us prior to ordering. Additional fees will apply.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure clear, safe, and adequate access for delivery. This includes doorways, hallways, staircases, and site access.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a redelivery fee may be charged.
For locations outside metropolitan Melbourne (approximately 80–100km+), checkout may not be available.
In these cases, please contact us directly and we will organise a tailored delivery quote.
We are continuously expanding our delivery network across Australia. If your area is not currently covered, we’ll do our best to assist where possible.
All furniture is securely packaged for transport.
Beds are delivered in components to allow safe handling and access. Assembly is straightforward, and instructions are provided.
If you would prefer assembly assistance, this can be arranged at an additional cost. Please note this must be organised in advance.
As each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or variations in preference.
Orders cannot be cancelled once materials have been ordered or production has commenced.
All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We will keep you updated throughout production and contact you as your order nears completion to arrange delivery.
For interstate deliveries, the freight company will contact you directly. Please note that delivery timeframes provided by third-party couriers are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of our control.
