Please Note: We only deliver within Australia.
At Kamari, every piece is lovingly handcrafted, and we want
to make sure your order arrives safely at your home. Below you’ll find
everything you need to know about our delivery process, service areas, and lead
times.
Service Areas
We currently deliver within Australia to the following regions:
Victoria (Metro & Regional), Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Metro Adelaide, Metro Brisbane, Canberra, Gold Coast, Metro Perth

and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss options. We’re
working hard to expand delivery to the rest of Australia soon.
Lead Times
All beautiful things are worth the wait. Due to the
overwhelming number of orders, our current lead time is approximately 4–5
months.
Lead times include the hand-crafting of your furniture and preparation for
delivery.
You’ll be contacted as your order nears completion to arrange delivery.
Duriing peak seasons (e.g. Christmas), lead times may be longer, we recommend ordering early if you have a special date in mind.
We will never compromise on the quality and craftsmanship
that makes our furniture so special, and we promise the wait will be worth it.

Delivery Information

Standard Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary depending on the products ordered and your location. Oversized products, such as beds and larger furniture pieces, are charged at a higher rate, and the delivery fee will appear at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
We recommend being home to receive your delivery, as oversized items will not be left unattended unless you have provided prior consent. Please note that if a courier is required to return, an additional delivery charge may apply.
Oversized Items
Oversized items include all full beds and bedheads, large dog beds, the Tulum bench, and all ottomans. These items require additional care during delivery and will be quoted accordingly.
Deliveries are made to ground-floor level only. If you require items to be carried inside or upstairs, this must be arranged with us before ordering, and additional fees will apply. Please ensure clear access is available on the day of delivery to avoid delays or extra charges.
Regional Victoria & Beyond
If you live more than 80–100km from Melbourne and have ordered an oversized product (either on its own or together with a small/medium dog bed), checkout will not be available. In this case, please contact us directly so we can obtain a delivery quote from a suitable courier.
We are working to expand delivery options to more areas of Australia. If you live outside our listed zones and would like to place an order, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to assist.
Packaging & Assembly
Your furniture will be delivered securely packaged. Beds are supplied in parts for easier delivery and access. Assembly is straightforward, and instructions are included. If you would prefer assistance, we can arrange for the freight company to provide an assembly service at an additional cost.
Returns & Damages
As all of our dog beds and furniture are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect fabric selection.
Every piece is carefully checked before leaving our workshop. In the rare event of damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery and include photographs so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Communication & Tracking
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We’ll keep you updated as your order progresses and contact you once your furniture is nearing completion. Please note that once your furniture leaves our warehouse, we do not receive tracking information. For oversized or interstate deliveries, the freight company will be in touch directly to arrange delivery.
