Regional Victoria: If you live further than 80-100km from Melbourne you won’t be able to check out if you have ordered an oversized product either on its own or with a small/medium dog bed. Please contact us so we can obtain a quote for your delivery from a suitable courier.

Oversized products are charged at a higher rate and the delivery fee will appear at check out if your address is within our shipping parameters.

We will contact you once your order is ready to be delivered for oversized items. Its best that you are home when products are delivered as oversized items will not be left unattended unless you specify it, and an extra delivery charge may apply if a courier has to return.
We can offer an assembly service for Victorian customers, which will be charged separately at a rate of $110. If you live outside of Victoria the assembly charge will be anywhere from $165
Delivery of Items are to ground floor level and does not include carrying items inside or upstairs, unless specified before ordering. Additional fees will apply.
Kamari furniture cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for deliveries that are made with a third-party provider, nor do we accept responsibility for any damage caused to the product in transit.
We quality check all our products before they are ready for delivery so please contact us immediately if a product is damaged within 24 hours of receiving it via email at: info@kamarifurniture.com.au with photos attached.
